So i parked the car because after i let the GF take it, it stopped going into gear without letting the RPMS drop to idle and will give a little grind into third everytime. You coud also hear chatter down there and the car would shake when you rev'd it up. Not horribly but something was unbalanced down there.

The TOB is covered in what looks to be oil. Wered that come from? Other then that it looks to be in PERFECT shape. It spins like it should and has no play.

Blurry pic but the clutch disc itself doesnt have much life left in it. I think someone road the clutch a bit. I dont know how much the GF will be driving it once te stage 3 clutch is in. :p

Flywheel shot for ***** and giggles.

I havent found anything that looks like it would cause the symptons ive had except the oily TOB. Any ideas? I cant figure out what the exact cause was.

What the upper clutch strap looks like? I looks like a snapped strap with the symptoms you just posted.

Other then that , maybe the cable or the adjustment on the pedal , because everything else looks normal to me.

EDIT: What about the 4 springs in the disc , are they all there and intact?

Get the flywheel ground while you're at it.

If the rear main oil seal isn't leaking (behind the flywheel), then I'd guess somebody thought it was a good idea to grease the TOB during the last clutch install. The "black oil" may just be grease with clutch dust mixed in.

I wouldn't re-use the TOB regardless of how good it looks.

The rear main seal is what worries me some too. Is it common procedure to replace it during a clutch install?

I bought a ceramic unit from SHOnut and even if this one is still good the ceramic will be going in.

It's common to replace it if it's leaking or if you want to replace it as a preventative measure. If it's not leaking (which should be evident once the flywheel is off, or by any oil traces behind the flywheel), it's really your call as to whether to replace it or not.
