why are these 2 ps racks different?

I got this new rack that is supposed to be a high performance rack, I think its just got a gear reduction but it was fro ma 92 sho so Im thinking it doesnt have vaps. I think thats what the difference is but i just wanted to check. If you notice the one (my old rack from my 93 has a threaded hole with another valve and the other doesnt. So what is the difference between these and can I install this other rack in my car or am I better off getting the right one that fits my car?

Top one is non-VAPS

bottom one is VAPS

I have heard of people taking a plug and plugging the top port to make it a non VAPS rack

A non-VAPS rack can be installed in a VAPS car pretty easily.

I was told it was a high per. rack but I didn't believe it for a second don't worry. Anyway should I put this non vaps in or am i better off just getting a vaps system and keeping this one. I did like the vaps system so i think i may go that route. Thanks for the replys guys

I think you should put a rack from an ****** in your SHO. That was it would be unique.

thank you, it was just speculation since I never herd of a hipo ps rack. I figured if i put that in there maybe someone knew of one and could tell me that it was.
