White Slicers....

what a difference!

You know, i didnt relize that white slicers on a white car made it look alot more aggressive..

I have some spare slicers in the shop, and decieded i wanted to see, first hand, what they looked liked. For some reason i couldnt picture them looking good. But once i finsihed painting it, and put it next to the car, wow, i deffeintly have a new project. Either painting mine,finding a set, or trading a set.

I also painted them the same color of the car. (oxford white) As i have heard that others are a shade of or so.


It must have been the GII that did this to me. White slicers on a GII seem ok, but when mated with the GI... it just flows alot better..... IMO.

Anyone care to post some pics of the GI with white slicers?

I may run without the center caps though... seeing mine, without the caps looked just alittle more aggressive... allthough i might try to find a small cap to go in the center though... something about seeing the lugs.. is well... aggressive....

i agree, running exposed lugnuts looks much more agressive (at least it did with silver on red car)

Looks good, but I like it a little more with them on... looks completed, if you know what I mean...

I have gotten it painted by someone since then and it looks really good. It's waiting to go on the car. I still have that homemade black one though. I'm going to get post a bunch of pictures when I get my car back.(currently at a shop)

About running the wheels without the center caps on the gen1s, I do agree that it looks agressive. It also does look complete with the center caps though.
