White Face Guages For an '89??

I was just wondering if they made a white face Guage for the 89 Sho... every where i go i see 1990 and up... if anyone knows where to find this let me know...

Non-existent for the '89 SHO. The gauge-pod is very different from the '90 and up.

Sucks, but there is nothing you can do about it.

Dont be so sure, I have made them for the 89 and the 90-95....ask the earlier members, they know what I went through for these damn things...

Ok, OTHER than you, I have never seen any gauges manufactured for the '89.

They are not something you could order from a store. How many sets did you make?

I have made numerous sets, I never kept track, just made them as they were needed. There is no where to buy them, thats why when I had my 89 I was determined to get some, so I spent a long time, and finally had a set. The 89 gauges I sold say SHO on them, and not SVT. Look in the SHOforum's highlighted SHO's in Adams SHO has my white gauges for the gen2 before I upgraded. The Gen 2 gauges are discontinued by me, because I cant compete against the indiglo stuff on ebay. doh

Hmm...thats pretty close. Too bad the speedo only goes up to 85mph.

I would want a set too, if we could figure out how/where to get some.

I didn't look close at the picture, just saw it was for the 89 one day. Oh well, I think SHO SPDs look better anyway.

Let me see if I still have the primary copy, if I do, I will let you know, they would only be like 10 dollars, they are good, but could also be better, but they look sweet sitting in there against all the black, especially with red needles.

Maybe you can experiment with different backings to the gauge overlays to help with the lighting issue before? Does that sound like a possibility?

I do not have a msater copy ready to go, but you guys seem to really want them, so I will see if I can make more, its been a while. The lighting on the 89 Gauges is good, it was only the lighting on the 90-95's that was messed up, the 89 lights from the top, so they look like indoglos basically, especially if you guys install blue 194 bulbs in place of the other ones. But yeah, I will let you know when I get them ready. Yes I do have night pics, I will post those tomorrow My computer is acting up, so it wont let me now.
