Take off the belts , see if it still makes noise . If it goes away then it's a idler bearing . If it continues then its timing belt tensioner . Is this a atx or mtx ?

Change it now before it flies off and leaves you with shards of belt twisted around everything, and need a tow because your car is overheating. Ask me how i know this happens LOL

is it an atx or mtx? if mtx could also be a worn timing belt tensioner. i would recomend for and mtx take one belt off start the car did the noise go away? if yes then idler bearing bad or alt bearing. if no pull the next belt, did the noise go away? if yes then idler bearing or powerstearing. if not then i would say timing belt tensioner im having that problem right now
