From knowing him personally, he gets so many email across different platform. Emails get buried quickly, and he admits it. Thats why you gotta email him a bunch, but it only take 1-3 emails to get a response as a current customer. He doesn’t have a support team. Its just him and he has a full time job and a family now and other things. His hpfp is the best deal around price wise. Really great discount and he includes the tuning on it. Just the HPFP manufacturer cant keep upExcept when he isn't. I was already a customer of his and wanted to update tune when I bought upgraded hpfp and never got a reply. It's his fault that I gave ortiz a chance. Sometimes just because a tuner is responsive it isn't necessarily a good thing. I should have just sent Brad another 30 emails.
