Except when he isn't. I was already a customer of his and wanted to update tune when I bought upgraded hpfp and never got a reply. It's his fault that I gave ortiz a chance. Sometimes just because a tuner is responsive it isn't necessarily a good thing. I should have just sent Brad another 30 emails.
From knowing him personally, he gets so many email across different platform. Emails get buried quickly, and he admits it. Thats why you gotta email him a bunch, but it only take 1-3 emails to get a response as a current customer. He doesn’t have a support team. Its just him and he has a full time job and a family now and other things. His hpfp is the best deal around price wise. Really great discount and he includes the tuning on it. Just the HPFP manufacturer cant keep up

With LMS mine wouldn't even shift sometimes. It would bounce off the rev limiter on the 1-2 shift.
Mine does that with GH tune…. Funny enough, turning off traction control completely fixed the issue. Never mis shifts with TC off. Shifting is hard as **** when going pedal to metal . 1st to 2nd especially. It definitely will chirp into 2nd if pavement is slick. Normal driving it’s great. That shift to 2nd scares me sometimes though.

when you guys say LMS, you're referring to Livernois? I come from the fusion eco crowd, and heard horror stories over the years about their tunes. Yes they produced big numbers, but heard several stories of blown motors caused by the tune.

I see some of the members here have run most of the available tunes.....what's the best for daily driver? Do plugs burn out quick? With my fusion I had to replace every 10-15k miles with tune

Yes livernois is LMS.
Plugs about 50k miles.
Gearhead or AJP for the win. Look at the signature line on everyone in desktop mode and you will see what most use for mods and tuners.
