Where's the fuel filter?

Help me, please. My 91 MTX is showing the symptoms of a too-old fuel filter. But damme if I can find it. Chiltons' is no help.

The fuel filter is in the fuel line from the tank to the engine. Go under the car on the passenger side toward the rear. You will be able to see the fuel lines from the tank. Look for the in line filter. Make sure you install the new filter in the right direction. Also look out for getting a facefull of gas when you disconnect it. The Chiltons is probably correct. I know my Haynes is correct, at least for this.
