Where can I get a belt tensioner!?

Hey guys,
I am new to the fourm and have searched the links and used the search button. But I still can't nail down where to get a tensioner assembly, not just the pulley, for the 6 rib belt aka the A/C system and Alternator belt. Ford Parts Network.com doens't list it, and neither does Genuine Ford Parts.com. I've tried SHOnutperformance and he directed me else where. Also my local dealership says its obsolute. What do I do? Thanks for all the help.

You need the bracket that holds the pulley and sets tension?

Yes, The tensioner will no longer tighten or losen even when I move the 5mm head bolt. So I assume I need the whole assembly.

Did you loosen the main nut holding the pulley in place? You have to loosen this first in order to set or release tension.
