Where can I buy a stock clutch disk?

I just need a disk, my old 94 had a really bad shuttering problem and we think it's the clutch. From what I'm told it's just a bad disk, and the pressure plate is in awesome shape, so the guy I sold it to really only wanted to replace the disk.
