Hey guys, when i first start my car and it comes down to a stable idle, i hit the gas and the rpms dip down and come back up, like a dead spot kinda. But after shes warmed up its fine, is this normal or is it a problem? Maf is cleaned btw

might be a TPS problem, I know Robby's (centaurus3200) used to do this and it was a TPS problem. Also it may just be normal for cold weather, we don't get extremes here in Ca.

I have found this to be true with both my 92s. Its not a big deal to me really, and its only really noticeable from an idle. I have also heard that replacing the TPS will help this situation, but to be honest with you I'm not too worried about it. Rarely if ever do I need snap throttle. Sure some kid in a honda may have crotch-rocket like snap-action throttle response, but once our motors finally get proper instructions, they're unstoppable!!!! thumbs_u thumbs_u
