18" is most common, have seen some 19" though. For combo wheel/tire deals, best to look on tirerack.com, discount tire, and other online places.

I have 225/60/18 Michelin ice3s and it's the best winter car I've ever driven. And they ride so much better than the Goodyear F1s.

I just mounted a set of Winter tires on my factory 20" rims. They'll be my snow setup from now on. In the Spring, I'll be getting an aftermarket staggered set of rims and tires for the other 3 seasons.

Wanting a bit more sidewall, I went with an 18" wheel and Firestone Winterforce tires. They were virtually the same overall height as my 20" set that runs for the non-snowy seasons. I don't recall the exact sizes/offset/etc, but it was a couple years back there was a LOT of talk on the board about options, and that was what I used as a guide. Bought the whole set from Tire Rack, and it's been everything I could have asked for.

Yup, stock flowers with Conti All Season works just fine here in Nebraska with all kinds of ice and snow.

Follow up to my first Winter in the SHO: As stated in my previous post above, I ran 245 45 20 Winter Tires on my factory rims. We had a good amount of snowfall this year, which is unusual. Yes, I'm in Canada, but contrary to common belief among Americans, not all parts of Canada get snow. Here in the Pacific Northwest, we stay pretty warm and free of snowfall. In January however, we got a good 8-12 inches of snow over a week or two. I was able to experience what this car can do. It was unstoppable. No need for a narrower tire. The AWD and Winter tread made the SHO a snow beast, while still maintaining the nicer look and profile of the stock tire and rim size. I put the 20" staggered aftermarket setup back on in March.
