Whats Wrong With This Picture?

Power Steering pulley was making noise and Power Steering was not working well. Looked under the hood and this is what I saw. PS Pulley bearing looks shot and belt barely on.

What's the Pulley grinding into?

thats nothing my ac pulley decided it wanted to become two pieces, the inside stopped and the outside didn't. belt stayed on even.

It's grinding into the belt tensioner housing. Not very Tuner-ish, IMHO.
