WHATS THE PROBLEM?

I just took my car out of storage and have been driving it for a couple days. All of a suddon it just quit on me. It wouldnt start back up, so i took it to a garage to get it figured out. He hooked it up to a diagnostics test and came back with no results, said he couldnt figure out what the deal was. We thought it might be the fuel pump, but it wasnt. I called Don at Performance Plus to see what he thought, he said it might be because I have a superchip and that might be the problem. He also said it could be the crankshaft sensor position, whatever that is. I again am bringing it into a shop so they can put some more tests on it. Does this sound familliar to anyone, any help will be gratly appriciated. Thanks

Mine was the fuel pump or fuel pump relay. Several years ago and I can't remember for sure. All I do remember is it cost me $468 bucks

turn the ignition key to 'acc' and listen for the prime of the fuel pump. IF all sounds well, than it probably is CPS. If you don't here a whine, then the pump has said bye bye. Might be a good time to upgrade to a larger pump!

Nebraska SHO, the fuel pump is less than $100 and the relay module is not much more. I have just seen your same response to the last two topics I have read. These parts are not the cause for everyone else's car problems. Are you looking for sympathy or what? This is SHOadam's topic, please let him use it.
