It would be great to have a dyno day at the convention.

That way everything would be equal and we can don someone a dyno queen.

The fallacious 601whp figure you are thinking of was a rumor that was started some time ago about TexanTony's SHO. At the time, the figure was just hearsay; however, now that his car has been outfittted with some new 'go-fast' parts, that figure could be attainable.

Guess we'll have to wait and see ... ;)

the most powerful sho ever recorded is the imaginary one that i don't own.

40,023 hp at 300 psi septuple-turbo running 8,000 octane atomic waste. my spark plugs are powered by direct linkage to the sun. the block has been bored twelve feet over and the crank has been offset ground by the lenght of the golden gate bridge. my intake AND exhaust valves are cryotreated unobtanium and the pistons are cast replicas of chuck norris' skull. many would say i should be running low compression for this monster-boosted setup, but i have it set at a conservative "infinity:1"

oh, and i have a cone filter.

me + rediculous = fun.

i found this in another thread.

there was SycoSHO owned by Sung Choi. stroked 3.6L with a 12 lb vortech s-trim blower. something ridiculous like 540 whp and a whole lotta torque.

Aparetly there is a link here on the forum to the dyno numbers and some pictures but i couldn't open or see any of then.

more like mystery SHO

Surely Josh is making more now with the MAF, injector, Tweecer upgrades. Has he not dyno'd since then? I would like to see another SHO over the 400ft lbs mark (of course, if Tony would ever post his dyno numbers, his REAL dyno numbers).

Next goal, 500ft lbs!!! You up to the task Tony? I will even let you use that silly nitrous.

While he has likely exceeded the 465whp mark by now, he has not bothered to dyno the new setup.

Would you accept a Gen 2 ATX with 400lb/ft instead?
