Just a beater :shakehead ?? Maybe you should sell the SHO and get a beater SLO.
Sorry not trying to be rude but this is an enthusiast forum

No you will need a SHO tranny. It is designed to handel it and there are other differences. Even if it is driven slow it wont last long.

You for sure need a SHO transmission. The TC is not the same, the internals are different. They are different units all together.

Search Ebay. They pop on there from time to time. Also must be from a 94, and IIRC a 95 will work too. But no no on the 93. It will not work. And just some food for thought. In a junk yard the best luck you will find is maybe a good 60-70k unit. SHO's are known for taking a rebuild in the 60-70k area. I just do not want to see you waste your money on a unit that will last a month.
