What to paint my S H O body lettering

I have silver letters on my green plus.

on my 89 i used a small jar of estes gloss black model paint, the thinnest brush i could find, about 45 minutes and very steady hands, it looked good.

note- to hold it really steady, put a fist on the bumper beside where you're working, and put the other hand (holding the brush like a pencil) on top, then just go slow, and have a rag ready to wipe if you screw up. the O was the hardest, but by the time i got to the S it was east (im left handed so i worked O-H-S)

Im afraid to do anything cause if I screw up and it starts to run, if the paint wont come off,,,Im sure it would with paint thinner but with my luck it would cake on in seconds....Might just bring it in to get done, cant cost that much.....

Use black for silver.

I think those are rather nice quality, although Ive never used them.

edit: your probably better off taping off and spraying..

anone tried these? i'd interested to see what they look like
