Sorry to be a burdon but Im gonna order my parts at ford tommrow for my heater core. I can not find that one post that said which one to get. It said something about make sure you get the copper one of a certain size so that it fits right. And also how to get a replacement blend door actuator? Also, is there anything else I need to by beside some hose clamps for the rubber hoses in the engine compartment. Or any other big changes I might want to consider when this is all apart?

Thanks

the Motorcraft heater cores are copper. well, the last time i checked they were. the heater cores sold at most auto part houses are aluminum. im not sure if the copper is Ford only or not.
