What is the difference between a MTX and a ATX SHO.

What exactly is a quaife and how does it help. I believe i blew my transmission. My transmission held up great and i am gonna get the best one i can find but i hope it can hold up like the one i had.

the difference between MTX and ATX is the transmision. MTX(manual transaxle) ATX (automatic transaxle) the 3 generation of the SHO's are GEN I 1989-1991 V6 GEN II 1992-1995 V6 GEN III which is the V8 generation is 1996-1999.
