Im really hoping this is just dead battery and things acting weird.

Picked up car from a local shop yesterday.
New rear shocks /New tires /Alignment /Oil change / transmission flush

Got home, lots of people from out of town in my driveway, got distracted and ended up leaving the parking lights on in the garage all night. Open garage this morning and hit the remote start, nothing, hit it again, nothing. Open driver door and see parking light in on position and am like oh ok, im an ass and need a jump.

Then this starts on about a 45 second loop, continued until i disconnected the battery.

- engine bay

These cars don't like low voltage. Disconnect the battery, charge it fully, and it should be fine.

Just had the same thing happen in my Edge. Detailing the interior so I had doors open for several hours. Tried to start it and nothing then all the clickity clacks started. Ripped the battery out and charged overnight. All good now.

If you run DTC you will get a handful of weird code. They will be because of the battery. Just clear them.

If you have a scan tool that will allow you to reset the Battery Monitoring System you may want to reset that as well after fully charging the battery. Or if you opt to replace the battery, it's definitely a good idea to reset the BMS.
