What Happend to my Accessories and my remote start?

Ok I cant figure this out. I have had this remote start on the car for about 2 years now and all of a sudden it start acting weird. Normally when I start my car the Climate Control and the stereo turn on when the car is started. About a week ago it stopped turning on the heater and stereo unless the key was in the ignition. Any Ideas of why this is and how to fix it?

I would say that maybe a wire came loose...or possibly a ss relay has gone bad in the controller.

Probably an external relay that powers the assy's has failed or become unplugged.
