I have the new radiator. What else should I get to replace the radiator in my 95 MTX? Hoses, hose clamps...?

Get radiator fluid and water. You will need a 50/50 mixture. I would buy new top and bottom hoses if i were you. Also get adjustable hose clamps. I personally hate the ford clamps.

Might as well throw in a new thermostat, too, along with the hoses and real clamps already suggested.

A flush with a good cleaner might be a good idea also before removing the old radiator. Backflush the rest of the system including the heater core to get rid of all your old coolant.

Make sure you use either pre-mixed 50/50 or you should use distilled water if mixing your own. This will keep mineral deposits from tap water from getting into the system.

When installing the new radiator, make sure that all foam seals and gaskets around the radiator are re-installed in the proper places. This will help maintain proper airflow through the radiator and condensor.
