What does this hose do?

I have a picture of it but for the life of me can not figure out how to shrink it. Anyway, this hose is to the right of the IAC valve and to the left of the TB. It goes down to a T shaped connector with an electrical connector, then somewhere under the radiator. It's so disenigrated it ripped just before this T connector. What the **** is it, and what does it do?

Vacuum line to the canister purge valve.

Replace with bulk hose from any parts store or just plug it at the intake.
