What does the right rear intake ground go between?

I am finishing my upper 60k and I can't remember where the ground wire is positioned in relation to the various nuts and brackets. Any help would be appreciated.

It usually goes on the top of the rear intake bracket on the passenger side. I place mine on the 12mm bolt that screws the cross over tube down just for a more direct path.

does it basically just need to touch something that is metal? does it matter if i bolt it in between lets say the braket and a nut instead of two nuts or something?

Just needs to touch metal. I usually put mine on the large bolt side between the nut and bracket.

The upper manifold bracket bolt on the rear passenger side has a 19 mm head that is part of the bolt to secure the bracket and a separate 15 mm (?) brass nut that secures the ground strap to the second threaded portion of the bracket bolt.
