I fixed my interior door panels this weekend. I got the little fasteners from AutoZone (I had to go to four stores before I could find the right ones, however). But it was worth it. So if you got loose panels, I highly recommend spending the couple bucks to get new fasteners.

I've never taken the rears offs so I have no loose paneling back there. I had loose paneling on the two front doors. I don't think it should be that bad, though. I think it should be just one screw under the pull handle. And if you have bad rattles back there, then I'm guessing the fasteners are already loose and should come right off.
