I recently had the Weapon R fella's create a Secret Intake. Currently the prototype is on my car while the production model is being developed. The production model should be arriving sometime in March. It sounds awesome actually. Very throaty and sounds like it is sucking air like a tornado. I am considering an intercooler pipe kit that will not only make the engine bay a lot more attractive with the new piping and getting rid of a lot of rubber hoses, it will add horsepower and have consistent power. Please comment on this thread if you would consider this intake and/or the intercooler pipe kit for your 2010 SHO

Link for the intercooler pipe kit (the SHO has twin turbo's therefore more pipes than the picture are required)

Pics would be nice, but count me as interested anyway. In fact I'm pretty much interested in anything for this car.

Picture....

Well, I am having trouble uploading a picture and for some reason I was not able to create an album to put a picture up. Could someone help me figure out how to put up a picture. I am relatively new to blogging...

so how does this work on a maf car ? i would think that it would totaly screw up your maf readings

and by "i would think" i mean "its impossible for it not to"

oh, and i freaking love how they put one on an SRT4.... BEFORE THE TURBO!

in for back to back dyno testings between a standard CAI for a sho and the weapon r intake. With wideband data to prove the increase isnt from a screwed up AFR. It wont happen because this is a non-technology.

"This technology increases air volume and speed to the engine, which naturally feeds the engine 3x more air than the conventional air intake system."

Suuuuuuure, buddy, sure. I have a chip that you can put in your car, it's made of unicorn horn fibers and gives you 50hp!

I'll file this under "If it worked, every manufacturer would be using it".

oh wow, i missed that part

3 times more air.

so its like having 30psi of boost from a turbo thats 100% efficient @ 0 back pressure ?

All that shows is that the WR intake is within the margin of error for all but 3 of the intakes tested.

oh i just noticed this is in the gen4 section.

my previous comment about the srt4 they tested their intake on now also applies to this one, lol

now you can have dual ram air, dual turbo and all wheel drive

its the SHO 224! hope you dont have an olds 442 as well, cause then your driveway will add up to the work of the devil !

edit: incidentally, the devil is the only person you can make a deal with to get this "technology" to work in the first place
