at first car wouldn't start (didn't even think about the wells) so then we removed all the water out of the 4-6 cylinders and car starts but runs rough and smells horrible.. i have seen this happen on another car and the coil pack was destroyed and that was causeing the rough idle and no power and the smell. PLEASE HELP!! :ruhroh:   :help:

Andrew you need to clean the rear head plug wells also. 1-3 you are ssmelling the flooded condition of the no start stage. Clean all six out the start up and raise the idle for a bit.

I think I would still do a thorough cleaning of the plug wells and boots. I'd flush the boots with WD-40 to clean out any water and oil and then put some dielectric grease ONLY on the first inch of spark plug boot; the part that actually comes into contact with the porcelain of the plug. DO NOT get the grease on the metal contact clip or the tip of the plug. Good luck, and glad to see she's up and running again.
