Any update on this?

Sorry yes. Should be wrapping it up this week. Ended up replacing both fuel pumps, injectors, and plugs. Insurance covered it all. Im sure they could of drained and refilled a couple more times and alleviated the issue but if im going to get a new fuel system for free I will take it.

So I was wrong. Car running like shit. Had a stock 3 bar tune in car when it was taken in. They flashed the car when they did a couple recalls. Assuming strategy code would have changed so now it is running like shit and in "limp" mode? If this is the case how do i go about getting it fixed. Unleashed tune. Also this could of been the issue this entire time...

If strategy code has changed the tuner would essentially be worthless until it was sent in to be unlocked. Could car running with 3 bar sensor and having stock tune in it make it run like crap and cause it to be in "limp" mode?

The few times I have accidentally started my car with the wrong map sensor, it idled so horribly that driving it was not even an option. If you have stock 2 bar it might be worth a shot putting that in just to see, but if you are able to drive it at all I wouldn't think that would be the issue.

From what im hearing is there they are getting codes from map sensor, barametric pressure, abs and a few other things.

Without a doubt. When they reflashed it the MAP sensor scaling got reverted back to 2 Bar so there's approximately 0% chance of the car running right with the 3 Bar sensor. So the map sensor DTC becomes self-explanatory, the barometric pressure I believe is measured by reading the MAP sensor prior to startup so it explains that DTC too.

Talked to tech. He is going to check to see if strategy code has changed from flashing from the recalls. Then going to try putting tune back in if it has not changed or putting 2 bar in if it has changed.
