I had planned on picking up an XDI Evo from Ortiz but hadn't noticed the lead time of 6 - 8 weeks. I assume this is still accurate as the Xtreme-DI website says they are on back order and seem to be out of stock, NA or on back order from other vendors. So, knowing that and needing something to help me gap a GT350 from a dig leads me to my next question.

If the wait times are true, I could instead go with a meth setup, going that route, what is the performance difference (times, trap speeds or power numbers) between an e30 - e50 tune vs a meth tune.

If I end up going meth due to availability, is there any benefit in keeping the meth injection once on an e30 - e50 tune? I don't think there would be but can't say for certain.

Also, nitrous. I have experience with nitrous as I have ran a 150 shot or more on my 99 Z28 for years. That said, it is not a turbo car and I know nitrous has a few more added benefits when ran under forced induction (cooling and stuffs and spraying a certain shot NA does not equate to the same power gains under boost which is typically larger gains) as compared to NA and I would think the stock fuel system would have a hard time keeping up with a 50 - 100 shot when running all the bolt ons minus turbos and fuel mods.

I am looking for the most reasonable solution. So, not sure what to do. My current go fast mods are spark plugs, MSD coils, 3 bar, 170 thermostat, EPP Hot pipes and dual intake, PPE catless down pipes, GH Intercooler, SSM mounts and currently GH 93 tune.

You're probably already good to go on gapping the gt350. I raced one at the track last night and he ran 13.9. His best run all night was a 12.9 after he got some practice runs.

You could check with livernois to see if their pump is in stock. I've been running the LMS pump for 2.5 years now.

When I was looking at a hpfp ortiz had a xdi evo in stock. Was probably 6+ weeks ago but maybe it's still there. Worth an email to inquire if that's what you're truly after

We have direct injection engines so I always vote for meth. Meth has been proven to clean carbon deposits out of DI engines. Meth will also help with fueling problems and cool the charge air.
