I get a vibration sometimes when I go over a dip in the road and the suspension smoothly absorbs it. It feels almost like there's rumble strips in the dip, then when the car returns to the normal height, the vibration is gone.

Both axles have been replaced 500 miles ago. Just started doing it yesterday.

Anyone know?

Is it in the seats or the steering wheel? If in the seats id think that mabe your tires are rubbing on the fender or possibly the strut. I have 225-55's on my 89 and they just barely clear on the rear. I dont get any noise rubbing but i wouldnt be suprised if they did some how. I guess a wheel bearing could be a possibility. Mabe someone else can shed light on that. The only problems ive had with mine were wheel/tire related.

Tires are 215-60-16's and the vibration is in the whole car. The first time it happened I literally thought I went over rumble strips.

I had a problem kindof like this. Whenever the suspention would raise from dips in the road, taking the weight off the front end, the whole front would shake. Then return to normal when leveled out. My problem was the passenger side axle had worked its way out of the trans part way. I think that little clip on the end of the axle wasn't seated all the way in.

My rear end makes similar sounds but only with cold weather. I suspect many of the bushings have seen better days, considering they're all factory originals!

Just a thought.

Good luck.
