Vendor PROBLEM EVERYONE NEEDS TO SEE THIS!

I didn't get to see all of this until now, but it's out in the open, so I'm putting in my two cents.

Before I start, let me just say, I WILL NOT take sides in this conflict.

Shawn-I understand where you are coming from about the people all of a sudden jumping down your throat. I give you props for trying so hard to help the SHO community by offering new products. But on the other hand, admit when you are wrong, and don't try to evade the problem. Admit to your wrongs, and fix them. Don't give a half assed excuse why your product failed-"Ford's parts suck, not mine." So if their parts are so ******, why even bother to use them in the first place? If you are going to do something at all, do it 100%, not half assed. If you already knew that the Ford parts are so weak, why not just upgrade them too? And if you couldn't, knowing that they are a weak link, why even bother?

SHO Forum members- I too have my own opinion on things, and everyone is entitled to their own. Just don't go throwing in things that will not help solve the issue. Basically, if you have never dealt with Shawn personally, then don't comment on his customer service/product quality. I put in my opinion, but it was not to slander Shawn's efforts/products, but rather to help shed some more light towards his area on why the diff was even produced. If you have something negative to say about and idea that was posted(clutch type material, race item, warranty, etc., etc.), that's fine. Just know what you are saying, and be able to back up your ideas/thoughts before posting.

Once again, I take no sides, I just wish to speak my mind.

I am extremely appolled at the way you are handling your self. Not only is your grammer horrible, your customer relations pitiful, but you are acting like a baby. Lets see, why do people jump for the LSD? To upgrade a weak part of the SHO. Your arguement is that the SHO diff is weak which we all already know and which is the reason for the upgrade. If your "wanna-be" LSD can't handle the job on the SHO then why the **** are you wasting peoples time and money and since your so damn self-centered why are you wasting your time and money? I own a business, and you need to understand something here. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. People pay 800 dollars to you for something that should replace a weak part of the SHO and they get this crap that lasts no longer than an oil change? If the diff is so weak then why is my SHO at 140k miles with no problems along with 1,000s more? You make no sense, and are deffinitely going to loose business over this. We don't work for you, you work for us, we are the customers and when you produce somthing that will not hold up and do what it is supposed to do and make false statements on your web site, then you have issues. I hope he does take you to court, you have balls for not offering a refund for that hunk of metal excuse for an LSD. I will NEVER buy anything from your company and you anger me and I've never even delt with you.

I have told the truth. the parts that are breaking are the side gears. they are not strong enough even after we attempted to reinforce them. I HAVE been angered by attacks...what should I do..bow my head and crawl in a hole? nope. sorry.

what false starement did I make on my website? it works. it sure does. adn it is actually an LSD you must have no technical knowledge whatsoever regarding this.

that is right they paid for it and they got an LSD. plain and simple

he wants to get an attorney fine...but there is no refunds on a use part. that is real life. there are no cash refunds it is a replacement warranty only.

I am being as clam as I can and I am being truthfull. I have not wavered on my position. and I am sorry you will not bring me down.

ok well I didn't do this half ass man. the reason I was bringing up other car manufacturers is becasue they all use the stock OEM parts. I have tried to reinforce the OEM spider gears. now I see it ididn't work. the only other option is to make NEW gears. well that isn't really cost effective so I will now cease production. I Half assed nothing.

YOUR LSD IN GERNADING TRANNIES! THIS PRODUCT IS SUPPOSED TO FIX WHAT GRENADES OUR TRANNIES! YOU CREATE A PRODUCT THAT SCREWS SOMEONE'S TRANNY UP, NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE AND YOU WON'T STAND BEHIND IT? Instead of spending the time defending your self why don't you sit down and work on a solution to the problem? And to all those saying this thread is what makes this community look bad, you are so wrong, this thread is what makes IPT look bad because they cannot handle them selves in a respectable business manor.

Shawn, how is it that other maufacturers are using stock parts too? I beat the ever living snot out of my car, and my Quaife is 100% new and upgraded parts. So where do you see other manufacturers using stock diff parts? If there is another full diff replacement for the SHO, let me know, not just one that replaces "pieces".

And Heather, go home, no one needs or wants your input. Knowing that you lie is enough for me to know that your input means nothing and carries no weight.

no. I was reffering to the other diffs I make where cars have over 300 hp and are superchargerd and track driven all have the OEM parts. the other manufacturers that make diffs similar to ours yes do it in a similar manner. the quiafe is the only one I am aware of that has a whole new design. you are getting the whole package. Everyone here keeps trying and trying to find something they can break me on.
