Hello, new to the sho. I've been searching the web but can't find anything on code C0122. Does anybody have any experience with it?
I was reading online sometimes it helps to clean the wires to the vehicle Dynamics control module. Anyone know where that is? I'm have a '13 sho with acc. Tried clearing the code on forescan but it doesn't go away

Also have a B115E -Camara module code. Haven't been able to figure it out. Camera works fine.

Park assist has never engaged since I've had the car and I'm wondering if it's related to these codes.
Got an alignment and also tried getting the steering angle recalibrated and still won't engage. Ant tips appreciated! Thanks ,trying to figure this out on my own before making a trip to the dealer

The Taurus never had adaptive suspension so that u0122 dtc can be ignored.

The B155E:xx it does correlate to the rear parking aid camera. Not knowing what the xx is it's hard to say what the fault resolution is. If your camera works, you can ignore it too.

For your automated parking button, when you press it do you get an error when it is pressed? Do you have front parking aid sensors like on the rear bumper? And is there parking aid sensors on the side of your bumper cover?

I'm going off my 2016 wiring diagram so forgive me if this is innacurate. But it appears the parking aid module is in the deck between the back seats and the rear window. I'd start by making sure the switch closes though.

Yeah camara works and there's senors on the side of the front bumper. When I click the park assist button it says searching for spot and then park assist fault. I was wondering if that camera code could be triggering park assist not to work.

Ok. I wanted to make sure you had the system. I've seen a few with the button but not the feature.

No. The camera is not used for automated parking system, just the parking aid sensors, steering wheel angle, wheel speed and direction, yaw, lat and long from the Restrains control Module off of my head.

Knowing there are no dtcs you'll have to look at pid data to see if there is something g that doesnt make sense for what the car is doing, OR there are dtcs present that you cannot retrieve.

I would echo performing a battery disconect. Not a bad idea to clean up the terminals too. This isn't for a good batter conection, but to just give everything a hard reset. Leave the battery disconected 10-15 min.

After the battery disconect go on a test drive above 30 MPH on a strait road with minimal steering wheel inputs for 30 seconds or better. This will allow the car to learn the strait ahead position. You would thing with a steering wheel angle sensor it would rely on that, but it doesnt. It looks at wheel speed and the R.C.M. data to confirm everything.

Doing some more reserch I see the MKS has adaptive suspension. I bet your p.s.c.m (steering rack) was replaced with a used part and not reprogrammed. This *could* be why your automated parking is not working.

I cant say your rack will be able to be properly reprogrammed if the part is not corect for your specific car by a dealership.
