Thank you for posting the pics of your recent valve gapping service. When my 60K was performed last April my intake ports were as dirty as yours. I cleaned out the intake runners with "Gunk Air Intake Cleaner" and it worked well.
Did you use the same type of cleaner?

Scott if I may ask, where did you buy the new injector O-rings and where could I buy the injector-rail rings?

I tried looking in the yellow pages for fuel injection specialists with no luck, I really need to find them without buy the upper gasket set from Ford for $300, because I only have one that is leaking fuel fumes, it goes through the vents.

I had bought the injector to head seals from a forum member. The complete injector O-ring and seal set can be bought through several of the SHO sources (ex: SHO NUT) and Ford parts distributors (ex: FordPartsNetwork.com, FordPartsOnline.com).

You can get the injector to head seal from Ford with part number E9DZ-9C991-A. Package of six that cost me 9 dollars. Nice mag. pics Scott thumbs_u
