yeah.. dont rotate the cams w/out shims in the buckets.. doesnt work and it will give you a big headache.

I call SP Motorsports today to get things going and all his tools a shims are still out. No one returned them. This bites....I don't know when I'll be able to do it now.

Hey guys, I need to do a valve adjust and I did a search on the forum and this thread came up. I got the spreadsheet from the how-to section, but is there a different write up on how to do the job? If there is could someone e-mail it to me at [email protected]. I have a distinct ticking from the motor after a race with a mustang. I won but now the car is ticking a little louder than before. Please send it to me too! I am going to tackle it this summer, along with plugs, plug well seals, and maybe a y-pipe. I heard that this is the best bang for the buck. I may then go for the 80mm MAF and LPM. WE'll see about the $$ though. Thanks!

Could I get a copy of this procedure also I have to change the spark plug well gaskets and valve cover gaskets anyway and am thinking of doing the valve adjustment also. Also what else should I do at the same time my car has 150,000 miles and had one 60k tune up done at 85k any help on this would be greatly appreciated
