where does the 5/8th vaccum hose on the throttle body run to. I know where it is in the throttle body, but I would like to know where it goes from there. Maybe this is where my coolant is entering from. Thanks for all the help so far. I have yet to figure out the problem though.

half-way there, I think.
I believe that's part of the crank case ventilation system. The hose runs to the top of the oil cooler, it's a basic heat exchanger in the 'V' of the block. If your getting coolant in there, you should be getting coolant in the oil to or vice versa.

i am getting water into my chamber and i noticed some in the throttle body. The one I think that you are talking about is the one that goes from the valve cover into the intake. The one that I am talking about is the big one on the bottom of the throttle body.

The largest line on the bottom of the throttle body, that points toward the passenger side of the engine, is a crankcase breather line. The second, smaller one comes from the front valve cover to the top of the throttle body. The only other vacuum line is the small line from the charcoal purge canister to the top of the TB. The other two connections to the TB are coolant lines. One of these routes to the IAC valve spacer and doesn't need to be removed unless you are removing the TB from the intake. The other coolant line hides well under the intake and routes from the IAC spacer to the cooling system and completes the coolant path to the intake.

The 5/8"dia hose that comes off the bottom of the TB is indeed part of the PVC system. It goes to the the top of the oil cooler assembly that sits in the "V" of the block. Just double checked.

No they are talking about the oil seperator. It stops liquid oil from being sucked into the TB.

Why do you want to cap the PCV system? The hose from the front valve cover to the top of the throttle body is one path for fresh air into the crankcase and the large line in the valley to the bottom of the throttle body is the extraction path. This system relieves the pressure and gasses created by piston ring blow-by. To cap this system would result in an increase in pressure in the crankcase. That would cause greater oil leakage from the seals and greater release of combustion by-products to the atmosphere. Please let it be.
