I found the article below on the net. Its a V8 SHO with 36# Cobra injectors. Does anyone know which Cobra and how much modifcation is necessary.

The good ole' SHO mod questions. If memory serves correctly, the lower inake needs to be modded and so does the fuel rail. Don't expect to slap these injectors in and call it a day. Unless you are forcing air, the larger injectors will not help at all. Then, you must also upgrade to a different fuel pump. Then mod the fuel tank to allow a larger pump. Speaking of injectors, take a peek at the ones here. SHOshortblock1 my green top, 42# Lightning injectors.

That article spotlights Carter Fujibayashi's (ArkanSHO) Gen 3. He had the LIM machined for the Mustang style injectors. IIRC, they machined down 12mm and changed the angle slightly in the LIM.

IIRC there are some green 42#ers used with a older 2.0 Focus setup that looked just about a perfect drop-in. This may have been posted here ~ a year ago IIRC.

And yeah, just adding injectors won't get you anything but a big cloud of black smoke if the car runs at all.
Up to 190 LPH pumps can be easily found which will drop right into our fuel pump housings in the tank.
I'm running 42# injectors, a 255 LPH pump, and a stock style FPR on a custom rail. Got to go back to the dyno again, now that I pulled the cork out of the flexpipe.

And traction limited is an understatement with wrong wheel drive cars, so Carter's 13.02 picture is most impressive. Best thing I did for better 60 foot times was put a fat kid in the passenger's seat. knocked off 2 tenths.

Eric, I was talking to Jarod Adams over the weekend about setting up another Dyno day this spring at a different shop.
