Using a Y-Pipe thats been sitting outside?

The y-pipe from my 90' has been sitting outside for that last few months, and Im sure water has gotten into the cats (not much, but it did get in there). Question is, is it safe to use it? Not sure how the cats would re-act to water.

it wont bother them. Just be sure nothing else has gotten stuck in there, prior to the cats. Leaves, rocks, small animals :corn:

Like he said, water shouldn't hurt it.
