Upgrading to a 2016 sync system

Has anyone upgraded from Sync 1 (MyTouch) to Sync 3? 2010-2012 models.

It's a much more involved, very expensive and nearly impossible task. The complete wiring harness has to be re-done, different bluetooth system, etc. Your best bet is to do a Maestro RR with a dash kit and a Pioneer/Kenwood head unit.

Do you know of an aftermarket stereo that would fit my car? I haven't found anything that would have a factory finish once installed.
