Well my friend that has his own shop found out everything. The shutting down was an intermitten short in the relay modular. That was replaced. The rear brake right was messed with but have no way of proving who did it. The rotor, caliper, and pad were chewed up to scrap from the damage someone did to it. Then he found that someone really knew what they were doing cut some of my wires to the security system. That is how they could mess with it without setting off the alarm. $326.34 later and she is back running like a dream again. My attorney was given the heads up he knows who it was also or at least behind it. The car now sits right in front of the front door at the house. Mess with it now and my dogs will have a new chew toy. thumb

I leave mine in the yard too. With the pits who wouldn't hurt a fly. As long asI'm there to tell them not to. thumb
It sucks about the security system. That's why I'm glad I had a friend install mine. You can't get anywhere near to where you would cut the wires without a 150 decible siren in your ear. headbang
There is a car stereo place here that installs alarms. They would put the **** switches where only they knew where it was. And then once the people had their stereo systems in would go to their house and steal it all.
And the worst part is that they can't pin anything on the owner who is behind it all.

I've heard tales of similar doings except they program their own extra remote into the brain. Who's gonna check the keyfob log entry? (I do) :D
