regardless, it looks like the PP did not mate properly to the flywheel as you can see on the mating edge of the PP. Some is perfectly clean (where it was tight against the flywheel) and the rust is where it was off the flywheel a bit, causing your irregular wear. Most likely the dowels caused that.

Try Southbend clutches. I had/have a DXD and it took all my abuse with nitrous. I had 300+ crank hp/tq and I do drive very hard.
