I bought my stage 1 in my 3L swapped Contour through these guys & love it. Stage 1 is more than enough for a mildy moded SHO and a bit cheaper than a stage 2. These are the best prices I've found at ultrarev.com. All kits include TOB and pressure plate. One of our most modified cars on CEG runs a 13.4 on a Spec 1. He is putting hp in the low 200's to the wheels with many many hard miles. Ultra sells FW's at a great rate too if you buy a clutch.
Stage 1- 25% to 30% more load capacity than stock
Stage 2- 50% to 65% more load capacity than stock.
Stage 3- 80% to 100% more load capacity than stock.
