Every time i datalog every thing seems ok. I been having issues when calculating HP/TQ in EA.

Upon checking the data log and sorting it from the highest rpm to the lowest i will get rpms logged that say 15000RPM! and lower. And it will be the same in the low side of the RPM getting RPMs logged as low as 50RPM. I always start loggin after my engine is warmed up.

I will also notice that when im loggin in idle my MPH will blink 99. It happens not too often but it is there.

Another issue is when i select to log voltage it stays the same through out the log.

Is this an issue with my Tweecer RT itself? or is it a grounding issue?

Raise the idle pulse width until you get rid of the spike. It is in the HP/TQ screen.

Thanks guys ... that helped alot.

So far Kamrf at idle are 1.031 and .9XXn and very stable. idle is too at 1144. So its lean and rich at idle. Both hit 1 as i accelerate but then go pig rich (11's in my gauge) when in high rpm, past 6000, and the car feels like it looses power then. AFR in te 13-13.5 area at high rpm would be good i think.

HP/TQ chart in EA shows 330 HP@7320 adn 252 TQ@5936 :thumb:

Any thoughts on why when trying to log bat voltage it stays the same all the time. Never fluctuates everytime its done it changes. ( whatever the first number is that pops up when loging starts)

Are you still running the C&L 73? If so, what sensor package and MAF curve are you using in/for it?

Also, I assume you're running with the factory 24# injectors?

VBAT should be displayed properly with the latest CalCon release.

What version of the TwEECer software are you trying to run?

Although your numbers will be consistant, those numbers are not accurate. Make sure you have everything accounted for in your program (MAF, injectors, etc).

yes 24 injectors. Im running a lincoln 80mm MAF. I used the MAF transfer from shonut's site but i beleive i made it into a linear MAF transfer with EA. Car feels alot better. i dont get lean through out the rev range. I will log some more to correct the MAF transfer now that the injector slope is good.

Im using 1.30A10 (RT model) calcon and A9 for the editor.

I have a AEM WB i have not been datalogin with it because the difference between what the gauge displays and what Calcon displays. Im using the dataq unit also. So im just basing my corrections of KAMRF's. (i had edited the file for AEM WB to input the values that came with the gauge - voltage to AFR #'s)
When i first got the dataq unit the gauge and calcon were showing the same AFR's. I think it may have shorted somehow. I may have to convert the dataq unit to a self powered one, but im no good with electronics.

I know. But i do try to be optimistic. Im sure ill have over 300 HP @ the engine once its tunned right :)

I don't know about that. My 3.0 with a y-pipe makes 200whp, which is around what, 235hp? So with a 15% loss, 300hp would equate to about 255whp? Cams, headwork, EH intake, BBB's, and all the other add ons on top of the 3.2 could get close to another 55hp I would think.
