TV cable properly set

Can anyone tell me how you know if your TV cable is properly set? I have a lot of GM vehicles and those are easy. The SHO slider is not quite like the GM set up. I have a 95 atx.

I might be wrong, but I didn't think the SHO had a TV cable. I thought upshifts and downshifts were computer controlled. Sure you're not looking at the cruise control cable??
