Turbo Dumping

Hello SHO Folks,
I have a 2010 SHO w/PP. I am having problems with the boost being released to soon. It doesn't build up. I have changed both BOV and Solenoid. Hoses are connected. None seem to have cracks.
Any suggestions of what it could be?
