Hi guys I just picked up a 13 SHO PP. It has an airaid intake on it already but I don't know about anything else.

My question is how would you know if the car has a tune if you didn't load it yourself?

Welcome & congrats! Won't know if it has a tune unless you compare to a known 2013 PP w/o one, a sticker underhood may give a clue, but could be for "looks". Is there a 3-bar MAP on the intake? I suppose you could time it and see. Does it launch better when brake torqued around 2000 rpm or 2500 rpm? Tuned SHOs generally launch better in the 1800-2000 rpm range. If you get mid-4-second 0-60 on a good launch, definitely running a tune.

But best bet is to track down previous owner(s) through someone who can access that kind of information, or ask the dealer you bought it from.

If you can get some decent tire chirp from a boosted launch it's probably tuned (given an average day and good traction). My car couldn't get a single chirp stock and now tuned it'll torque steer me around from a boosted launch sometimes. How are the shifts? If they're smooth and not really quick under WOT, probably stock. Most tunes will harden it up under hard accel. My car will chirp 2nd gear tuned even. Chances are if it was tuned most people will just return to stock so they can resell or reuse their tuning device.

If those things aren't convincing enough just take it to a Ford dealership and ask them to run a check on it.
