Just a little theory of whats wrong with my car just need some feedback here. I also would like to know if any of you have had the same symptoms as I am having.
When first starting and driving the car it goes into reverse just fine but when I am in D it doesnt want to shift out of 1st gear until the car warms up then it shifts to second gear and the third and the fourth. When I come to a stop the car downshifts into first gear and doesnt shift out of 1st gear until 3grand either way if your easy on it or if its at WOT. now at approximatley at 80-90 MPH the car shifts into 4th Overdrive I know this because if I click the O/D off button and it turns overdrive off I have third gear again. What could this be?? bad shift control solenoids? Bad TCC lock-up switch? Bad pressure or temp solenoid? Also car does not kickdown at 50MPH and you stomp on it it dont go anywhere unless you put it in second.
