transmission problem need help guys

I got a 2013 Taurus sho and it has only 4200 miles on it and I hear and feel delayed shifting when slowing down going to a complete stop then slow acceleration then you can hear a big bang or bang sound ??? slipping clutch.... any help on this will be much appreciated.... Thanks

There was a TSB issued for similar symptoms on the 2010 and 2011. I'm not sure if it, or a similar TSB, has been issued for you 2013. Worth checking. If you decide to take it to the dealer for warranty work, be sure to remove any tunes you might have. One of the transmission TSBs involved an updated software load which might also change the calibration code.

Will likely end up needing a PCM update or a trans check valve modification, as per the TSBs SHOrod refers to. Common, unresolved-at-the-factory problem with these transmissions.
