I use Redline D4 ATF transmission fluid. Seems to shift smoother.

I highly recommend Castrol GTX 10W-30 for your SHO's crankcase. It has been in my car's for 258,000 miles. You can get it at Wal-Mart for a very reasonable price.

I believe that the SHOshop and SPMotorsports has them but what I did was go onto Redline's website and do a search for the nearest dealer. Thats how I got mine.

Does anyone have a mix of tranny fluid? On the contour.org page, they have a write up on half redline and half other stuff for their tranny fluid. Is that supposed to be better and will it work for our cars?
