Hey all,

So I was dicking around w/my struts and I notices some wetness at the other end of the shifter rods (not the end you shift!). I haven't really looked at this but it seems to be getting worse w/what I can only assume is trans fluid now leaking onto the driveway. This some sort of seal? Hard to replace?

You need a shift shaft seal. Readily available and pretty simple to replace. Get yourself some PVC the same size as the seal to hammer it into place. You will lose your fluid when you pop the old one out so have some fresh fluid on hand.
