trans control solenoids

my 94 auto sho 3.2L shitfs up and down when driving.some times it also slams hard from park to drive and from first to second, the car has been doing this for about two years. it goes thru all the gears fine.any info on which solenoids to replace. no cel activation.seems worse when hitting rough spots on the highway.HELP

bad electrical connection at the harness to the trans? or a bad or loose connection or bad speed sensor (vss)

when my solenoids were bad I would get erratic shifting, refusal to downshift when flooring the car, not responding to the o/d off button. any of that for you?
