tranmission going out?

I can get it into first, but when i let the clutch out, it pops right out. I can hit second, couldnt hit third for like 2 minutes, and then i could get it into third, and all other gears are okay.

I went driving for like 15 minutes, and as i was pulling in i tryed first gear again, and it went it. wtf is the problem?

Stop driving it, my SHO did the same with 1st gear, and now 1-2gears froze up and lots of crackingling noises as if the gear itself broke or the sychronizer.

just curious, how much would a transmission run me frown

Depends on what you want to do... get the car back on the road with a "good" MTX or really have the peace of mind of adding one that has only ~6000 miles on it since a rebuild. Contact me @ [email protected] to discuss it in more detail.

I have one that I just pulled from my SHO. It has 161k on it. The reason I pulled it was because I got another with a Quafie. I need to get rid of it since I am moving. Let me know how much you can spend and we can work something out.

Check that you don't have any obstruction in your shifter. How does it shift when the car is off? You should be able to shift through the gears without using the clutch.

i went to the car wash, cuz it was -20 overnight

and i just sprayed the engine down, cuz it was flooded with snow, and now it shifts fine, maybe something was frozen idk...but its good now
